So how does this work?

With years of design experience in the apparel industry, we can create you something unique and eye catching that you, your team, and your clients will be proud to wear. Fill out our design request form, upload any ideas or design inspiration that you have, and sit back and watch us work our magic.

Do you charge a design fee?

No, we offer free artwork and revisions until we get your design just how you want it. We aim to nail it on the first try. When we design for you, we consider it a rough draft on a handshake, like a pre-pinky promise. Our only request is that custom designs must be for orders of 38 in quantity and over. A quantity of 38 means the same design on the same color garment, but can be broken down into a variety of sizes.

Can you make anything other than tees?

Duh. Just let us know what you're looking for. Patches, pins, pens, notebooks, water bottles, aprons, one of a kind jackets, posters, plastic cups, and more. Just let us know what you are looking for and we can make it for you!

Aren’t there cheaper options?

Probably so, but do you want to look “cheap” or do you want to look cool? We specialize in creating high quality products with unique, custom designs. We don’t cut corners on design or quality. So if you are looking for something cheap head over to your local Wallyworld for some Hanes Beefy-Ts. If you are looking to look good, you can stick around.

Can I order a sample?

Because all of our shirts are screen printed and require an initial set up, we do not offer printed samples. We do have a pre-press team who will review your art files to ensure that everything will print correctly and who will contact you if there are any potential issues.

My band is on tour, can you ship to our venue?

Yep! As long as it’s cool with the venue, it’s cool with us! If you run out of merch while you are on the road we can also print up more and send those to your next show too!

Can I return my order if I don’t like it?

You can probably stop reading now because you are going to LOVE these t-shirts.

But due to the custom nature of each order all orders are final. Orders cannot be returned due to color variations that are normal within or between runs. Colors seen on a computer monitor depend on the calibration of that monitor and can only approximate the appearance on a final physical product. There are colors which can be displayed on a screen which cannot be reproduced in print and vice versa, though typically, they are very comparable.

Oh, sh*@&, I approved my final proof but I see a mistake!

Come on, Focus! We have a final proof for a reason! After you sign off on your proof you have committed to that design. So make sure you ask your mom, dad, big, little, and grandma to double check the design for mistakes! Once your design and sizing is in production there is no going back!

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay your invoice via check by mail or online with a credit/debit card.


You can pay online with a credit card or Paypal! Cha-ching! We don’t start manufacturing your order until we receive your payment, so keep that in mind if you have a deadline!

After I place an order, how long until I get it?

Once you approve your proof, we immediately begin production and printing on your tees. It will take approximately 3 weeks for your order to arrive. We'll keep you updated along the way and we will provide you with tracking information as soon as it leaves our studio.
